Founded in 2000, Lapis Edizioni is an independent publisher of books for children and young readers based in Rome. Lapis collaborates with Italian and international authors and illustrators to create stories that capture the authentic gaze of childhood.
Lapis’s catalogue includes board books and picture books, early readers, fiction, retellings of literary classics, poetry and rhyming books, non-fiction, and titles for educators, teachers, and parents.
