Author & Illustrator

CHIARA LORENZONI​

Born in Padua, she studied creative writing at Giulio Mozzi’s Piccola Scuola di Scrittura Creativa. In 2005 she moved to Lecce, where she now lives and works as a lawyer. She writes books for children and teenagers, published by leading Italian houses, including Einaudi Ragazzi, Il Castoro, Giralangolo and Camelozampa.​

A Japanese illustrator based in Spain, several times a finalist at the Bologna Children’s Book Fair Illustrators Exhibition. Her refined, unmistakable style pairs beautifully with the text.​
